What are Financiers and Canelés?
Financiers are delicate almond cakes with a crisp edge and buttery, nutty flavor.
Canelés are caramelized on the outside and custardy on the inside, a French classic from Bordeaux.
What makes your pastries different?
Our pastries are baked by hand in small batches, using traditional French techniques and premium ingredients as we truly put a lot of value in quality over quantity.
Each piece is crafted to balance texture, flavor, and that touch of homemade joy!
Where are you based?
We’re based in Flower Mound, Texas. North West of Dallas, Texas.
We currently sell online and through select local pop-ups and markets!
Ordering & Pickup
How can I place an order?
You can order directly through our website depending on availability!
For special orders or catering, there is a separate portion at the bottom of “Shop” tab in our website!
How long will my order take?
We have a pre-ordering system!
We ask that you could order atleast 3 days a head, so we can provide the best quality goods for you to enjoy.
Additionally, as of now, we unfortunately do not offer deliveries, but are working towards that!
Can I order more than the provided options?
Yes! Absolutely. There is a party-size order that can be placed.

The price will vary depending on how much order you will place! There is a set price that we have already set for each Financiers and Canales, and please contact us for more detailed information.
Product & Storage
How should I store my Financiers?
Best enjoyed within 2 days for the freshest taste and texture!
If not consumed, immediately freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
Skip the microwave or oven! Let financiers thaw at room temperature for 20 mins.
How should I store my Canelés?
Best enjoyed fresh within the same day for the perfect crisp texture!
Keep away from fridge and freezer, but store them in paper or metal box to avoid soggy exterior.
Place Canelé in an oven or an air fryer at 350°F for 3-5 minutes to refresh and restore crispiness.
Do your pastries contain nuts or dairy?
Yes, our Financiers contain almond flour and butter. Most of our recipes also use dairy and eggs. Please check individual product descriptions for allergen details.
