My Story

Thanks to getting married later in life, I never felt bored or burdened as a full-time stay-at-home mom. Instead, I was filled with gratitude. Once our children were born, everyday life became a journey of wonder, challenge, and growth.

I didn’t do anything extraordinary. My days began with prayer and time in the Word, followed by preparing breakfast, cleaning, laundry, and making dinner. These routines never felt heavy or tiring. Rather, I found joy in caring for my beloved family and in cooking for friends, neighbors, and our church community. Good food was always at the center of our gatherings.

Over the years, the recipes I lovingly refined became something more—a way to share warmth and hospitality beyond our home. What began as daily cooking gradually blossomed into a small business where I can offer these creations to a wider, more diverse circle.

I wasn’t born a good cook. But one day turned into a year, then ten, and now twenty-eight. And today, I’m grateful for the chance to generously share what I’ve learned, one recipe and one joyful bite at a time.

“Excellence is doing ordinary things Extraordinarily well.”

We mainly specialize in Canelés and Financiers.

Canelés originate from 18th-century Bordeaux, where nuns first crafted them using traditional copper molds. Their deeply caramelized shell and soft, custardy center make them one of France’s most iconic pastries.

Financiers were created in 19th-century Paris for bankers looking for a small, refined treat. Shaped like little gold bars, these almond cakes are made with browned butter, giving them a rich, delicate flavor.

Together, these pastries reflect the history, craft, and timeless joy of French baking — baked fresh, in small batches, for you.
